Chip support:

License - "buy":
When buying a license, you own it and can use the product for as long as you want. To receive product updates and be eligible for customer support, you need to maintain a service agreement. The first year of service agreement is included when buying the product. After this there is a fee of 20% per year based on the actual license price.
License - "subscribe":
When subscribing to a license, you pay a yearly fee to use the product. This fee also grants you the right to receive any form of product updates and you are eligible for customer support.
